Tennis Strength & Conditioning

The course will run Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9am, launching Tuesday 11th October through to Thursday 17th November.

WHAT IS THE CAMP ABOUT?

This course is designed to coach & educate tennis players on how to move and lift correctly in the gym.

Gain a better understanding relative to how it can improve movement skills and ultimately physical performance specific to tennis.

To understand the concepts of good nutrition and living an active healthy lifestyle.

WHY TAKE PART?

With the recent culmination of local club championships and the increased number of avid amateur tennis players utilising our physical therapy and recovery facilities we are taking the opportunity at this time of year to provide Tennis specific strength & conditioning.

Consisting of 2 sessions a week over 6 weeks, we will be coaching you to be physically better each time you step onto the court.

Over the course of the 12 sessions we will cover 6 important areas that you will be able to continue to work on individually beyond our coached sessions.
