Meet the Team

 FAQs

  • Yes! Each exercise is tailored to your strength capabilities, injuries and general fitness level.

  • You will receive a form by email when you book your first session. These questions help us understand more about you, ensuring we provide a service that is tailoured to your needs. It also confirms that you are in good condition to train at ELEMENT.

  • At your first session, you will meet your trainer, get shown the facility we have here at ELEMENT. Importantly you will be shown how to safely undertake each movement and exercise.

  • No!

    We understand that your schedule can change from week to week. That is why, you are free to join any 1-1 PT session, where there is an available spot.

  • You can cancel your booking via our mobile app or in the members area of our website.

    Everyone’s plans can change, we get that. However, we ask that you do your best to cancel 24hours in before the scheduled start time of your session. This will enable someone else to use your spot.

    Cancelling within 24 hours is known as a ‘late cancel’ and will result in your session being deducted from your membership/account as if you attended.
