  • Yes!

    Every exercise can be adapted to suit your current fitness level, strength, mobility, injuries, and experience. Our coaches will guide you throughout the session to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and challenged at the right level for you.

  • Yes!

    Once you book your first session, you’ll receive a short onboarding form by email. This helps us learn more about your goals, training, experience, injuries, and medical history so we can tailor the experience to your needs and ensure you can train safely at ELEMENT.

  • At your first session, you will meet your coach, get introduced to the others in the class (If part of SGPT). Importantly you will be shown how to safely undertake each movement and exercise.

    You’ll also receive a new a member handbook to guide your training and nutrition throughout your time at ELEMENT.

  • No!

    We understand that your schedule can change from week to week. You’re free to book into any SGPT session that has an available space.


  • You can reserve sessions up to 30 days in advance through our booking app. We regularly review our timetable to ensure there are enough spaces available across the week.

    If your preferred session is full, you can join the waitlist directly through the app.

  • If a session is fully booked, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist through the app.

    If a space becomes available, you’ll automatically receive an email/text notification confirming your place in the session.

    You can join or leave the waitlist at any time through the app.

  • You can cancel your booking through our mobile app or via the members area on our website.

    We understand that plans can change. If possible, we ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the session start time so another member has the opportunity to use the space.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are considered a late cancellation, and the session will still be deducted from your membership or session balance.

  • Yes!

    ELEMENT members have access to support from our in-house nutritionist, Matty, alongside guidance from our coaching team around healthy habits, recovery, and long-term lifestyle change.

    We believe training and nutrition work hand in hand when it comes to achieving sustainable results. You can find out more here.

  • Rather than pausing memberships, we work with members to help them stay consistent around travel, busy periods, or time away from the gym.

    We can provide workouts to follow while you’re away, and our memberships are structured to account for longer months by including additional training credits where appropriate.

    If you have a specific situation or concern, our team will always do their best to help.

  • There is parking available on the neighbouring roads surrounding the gym, as well as several public car parks within a 5-minute walk of ELEMENT.

  • Many of our members train throughout pregnancy and return to exercise after having a baby. Our coaches have experience and education in pre- and post-natal training and can adapt exercises to suit your stage of pregnancy, recovery, and individual needs.

    We work closely with you to ensure your training remains safe, effective, and appropriate, helping you stay active and build confidence throughout your fitness journey.
