ELEMENT Teenage Summer Camps
WHAT IS THE CAMP ABOUT?
This camp is designed to coach & educate teens on how to move and & lift correctly in the gym. To understand the concepts of good nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle
WHY TAKE PART?
To allow teenagers to gain confidence in a gym setting knowing how to train and learning what to do when they are on their own. To be educated on the principals of a healthy lifestyle and to learn how to test their limits in their training
TIMES and AGE GROUPS ?
The camp is split into two different age groups to facilitate different abilities and ranges.
Both groups are for both boys and girls.
The 12-15 year old camp will run from 10am-1pm
The 16-18 year old camp will run from 1pm-3pm
